Our most popular nutrition seminar!  We untangle media stories, fads, and popular rumors about nutrition and supplements, to help empower people to make informed health choices.

Eating Healthy

Covers the basics in an accessible style.  We define macronutrients, balanced meal planning, determining daily caloric needs and provide complimentary meal plans.

Health Management

Nutrition and health seminars with a focus on managing specific health conditions such as high cholesterol and triglycerides, high-blood pressure, or high-blood sugar (diabetes). 

Seven Components to Success

We explain the 7 different components of fitness necessary to achieve and maintain optimal health.
