EDIT - in the video I said 1/4 cup spice it's actually
1/4 TEASPOON! :)

Throw everything in a blender!
1/2 cup egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup raw oats
1/3 cup canned pumpkin - NOT pumpkin pie mix!
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
COOK until golden brown on both sides!
