Integrity is a quality women’s only facility committed to needs of their
members. We are not one of those low-grade women only chains or weight loss
centers, we are much more! We combine weight loss, exercise, nutrition and
support into one inclusive club. All these components need to be combined
in order to achieve long term success. Why join several different places and
pay several fees? At Integrity you can get fit at one great, comfortable place.
How we can help
Our mission is to assist you in reaching your goals and maintaining your health.
We not only specialize in Type II diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood
pressure, we also specialize in general and sports fitness. Our proprietary
technology addresses each member’s current fitness level and designs
specific programs that meet each member’s needs. With our programs,
each person learns all the “rights” and “wrongs” of
proper health. We teach you how to lose weight and keep it off, permanently.
At Integrity, it is your responsibility to make the right choices; it is our
responsibility to show you what those choices are!

How we are different
We are different because we truly care. Our focus is to provide you with all
the support you need to stay healthy, disease free, and look great. We supply
each person with a new workout routine and evaluation by a certified coach
every ten weeks to ensure your progress.
The program also includes a corresponding meal plan based upon your current
metabolism (your body’s ability to burn calories) to help you burn fat
fast. Along with the meal plan you will receive recipes and a shopping list
for your convenience. Getting fit and fabulous has never been easier!
