EZCOACH Technology

Most times people joining a fitness center are provided an orientation to the facility.  After this orientation (or two) if the new member does not or cannot afford a personal trainer or health coach the member is left without a alternative option and expected to get fit all on their own. 

This is a big reason why so many members get frustrated and drop out, lack of direction. Before EZCOACH Fitness Prescription there has been no option between personal training and a basic membership to keep members engaged and prevent attrition.  The EZCOACH Fitness Prescription System provides that option.

The Member Is Assessed Utilizing Our EZCOACH iPad Application

With EZCOACH the orientation time is allocated to perform a simple fitness test, once this test is complete (in about 45 minutes or less), then a customized 8-week fitness program is created exclusively for the member. 

The EZCoach program card guides them through their exercise regimen using the fitness equipment in your facility.
