Let's challenge ourselves this month and have a
NO EXCUSE NOVEMBER!
Do at least one form of exercise per day...
It can be a walk in the neighborhood, a workout at the gym, yoga, a group class, even a meal prep day - that is a huge workout for your mind! :)
