Beware of weight loss programs that only measure body weight. Effective weight loss programs will help you lose body fat. Your Integrity Health Coach will measure your body composition at every 8 week workout cycle to ensure you are losing body FAT.
During this appointment your Health Coach will help guide you in the right direction for successful fat loss. If you feel like you need more Coaching we do have levels of Membership that include extra coaching sessions. You can also purchase single sessions, packages of 10 and 20.
