When talking to people about being active, or about the things they can do to effect change in their lives, or ways they can be better than they were yesterday,
I hear things like "I don't like...", "I can't handle/deal with...". "It's too...".
Basically, reasons(excuses) to not do things.
I've just got to be honest here, it's not all rainbows and puppies when it comes to making a change in our lives.
In fact, it sucks a lot of the time.
But it's that 'suck' that we have to get through to get what we truly want, to get to that end goal of advancement.
It's uncomfortable and painful and inconvenient and tiring and embarrassing and sweaty, but it's also rewarding and empowering and invigorating and amazing and outstanding.
Stop with the reasons for not, and start with the ways you can. Change comes when we change how we do things.
