According to an on-line dictionary, 'encouragement' is "the art of giving someone support, confidence or hope".
After a speaking event at a local college. I discovered that there are too many people in this world not receiving the encouragement they need to keep going to ward success with their goals.
How important is it to encourage others?
How do YOU feel when others step up for you with a high-five, a hug, a handshake or a pat on the back?
Imagine how others could feel when YOU make the effort to encourage others.
Climb higher. Seek out success. Reach out to others to help them along and let them know you believe in them.
Encouragement is huge.
