Flexibility is the range of motion around a joint, and can refer to ligaments, tendons, muscles, bones, and joints.
Example of an Active Range of Motion Exercise - Head tilts, side to side:
Tilt your head to the side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder. Return your head to the starting position.
Repeat on both sides.
