2 teaspoon Curry Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
4 tablespoons of Olive Oil
Sea salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon minced Fresh Parsley {optional}
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all your dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Coat your florets with olive oil. Toss them in the bowl so they get well coated with your spice mixture.
Roast in over for 30-40 minutes --Toss the cauliflower and rotate the pan to ensure even toasting.
Once roasted sprinkle with your fresh parsley and serve.
You can experiment and use any combination of herbs and spices!
